THE WINEMAKER

Aimee Sunseri, fifth generation winemaker and direct descendant of Anton Nichilini, founder of Napa's oldest family owned and operated winery, has been responsible for overseeing the production at New Clairvaux. In 2000 the Sunseri family teamed up with the Cistercian monks, combining their knowledge and resources to produce what is now nationally and internationally award winning wines.
