Outcomes of the trials

-Most of the witches were sent to jail or were hung if accused of witch craft. Many of them couldn't pay for them to be released.

-Those who were accused of witchcraft, had their property confiscated by the government.

-The houses and fields were left unattended.

-Planting season was interrupted because of the loss of women
