Our thoughts We think that it could have happened because in the Zapruder Film, after Kennedy is shot a second time, his head moves backward. Someone would have had to shoot him from the front. This is where the grassy knoll comes in. The grassy knoll was in front of the motorcade that John F. Kennedy was riding in. The grassy knoll theory states that there were two shooters. Lee Harvey Oswald was one, but there had to have been another one in front of JFK because Oswald couldn't have been in two places at once. Therefore the grassy knoll theory is valid.
