Methods of Diagnosis

• Fluorescent antibody (FA) testing or antigen capture are used for bubonic plaque.

•Seroconversion using  the passive hemagglutination are used too.

•the diagnosis is confirmed by the culture and identification of the organism from bubo aspirates.

Treatment

•bubonic plaque can be treated with antibiotics when the bubonic plaque just started.

Prevention

•To prevent bubonic plaque treat your pets with flea control, and try to stay away from rats.

Symtoms

•Symtoms are headacks, fever, chills,weakness,and swollen lymph glands.
