Governor Fabaus is protesting integration after president Eisenhower made it a law for all schools to become integrated. I guess now Judy has to go to school everyday alongside the protesters. I really don't get why this is such a big deal, but I heard mom and dad arguing about integration the morning.
I just met a new girl on the first day at school called Liz. I think we're going to be great friends. She's funny and quirky. The most amazing part is that she stood up to Sally.
