General Reginald Edward Harry Dyer:
(1864-1927) He is known for his role in the Massacre of Amritsar. General Dyer moved his troops into the city after the Massacre to restore order. He was then forced to retire after his men killed and injured unarmed Indian men
Sir Michael O'Dwyer:
(1864-1940) He was the Governor of Punjab. O'Dwyer assisted General Dyer in the action of the Massacre of Amritsar. Although found guilty, the British Parliament cleared his name and even raised a fund in his name. In 1940, O'Dwyer was assassinated.
