Ilsa Herman

Ilsa is the mayors wife. She made Liesel mad when she stopped accepting Rosa's business. She finds out about Liesel stealing books from her and she leaves out a dictionary with a letter in it apologizing to Liesel in it. Liesel and Ilsa make up and become friends again.
