Scaffolding 101

1. The parent will sit on the bike to demonstrate how to ride

2. The child starts off with training wheels

3. Next the parent will raise the wheels

4. Once the parent can see that the child is getting the hang of it, the parent will remove the training wheels

5. The parent then steadied the child with her hand &I walked beside her

6. Then the parent would let her take off on their own
