ABOUT THE SCIENTIST

John Dalton was born on September 6th, 1766 in Cumberland, England. He became fluent in Latin at age 14, and began school teaching. He also studied color blindness, which is sometimes called Daltonism in his name. He also studied mathematics and gas behavior.
