Outcomes from our delivery

Design PMO framework based on stage one process to include principles, governance, templates.

Produce an ‘as is’ baseline document together with vision and transition plan for end state PMO.

We will work with you to develop an agreed common framework across your organisation. We will also start to identify the potential to utilise PMO Software to support your requirements.

We will deliver a Framework Document along with a narrative for programme board members and other users. We will facilitate system design workshops and deliver our findings and recommendations.
