Exposition

The antagonist would be Todd Amos or HEC because they are both very rude to Bud.

The important characters would be Bud , HEC , and Lefty because together they all found Buds "leftover" family.

Protagonist

I think the protagonist would be Lefty because without Lefty Bud would have never gotten to meet HEC.

Resolution

The main conflict is resolved by Lefty helping Bud find his grandfather. (Family)
