Below left: Odysseus sails to Aeolia, where Aeolus, the wind god, gives them a bag of winds.

Below right: Odysseus' men open the bag of winds which sails them back to Aeolia. Aeolus becomes angry and refuses to help Odysseus again. Aeolus orders Odysseus and his men off of his island.
