This story is about a local man from the Bronx who was thrown in jail at 16 years old. After getting out he is visiting local schools, churches and other venues telling his personal story in hopes to change the juvenile penal system. Ismael also works for an agency that mentors x-convicts who are trying to put their lives back together.
