California's Central Valley is a large, flat valley with farmlands and ranching. The Central Valley region is mostly located around the middle of California. The climate is not too sunny not too cold just fine. While hiking you should wear rubber shoes, a protective hat, sun block, shorts or pants (not jeans). Wear any tea shirt. I recommend you to wear light colors such as white in hikes or sunny areas.
