The Boston Tea Party

The Boston tea party was an event that sparked the American revolution. It all started with the tea act. The tea act was an act that raised taxes on tea for the colonist. Many colonist were angered. In revolt to these acts the colonist decided to get on a tea ship and empty all the tea into the ocean when they did the entirety of the ocean turned tea brown.
