The Idea of Planting Crops in a Row

The idea of putting crops in a row was the work of Chinese farmers. They knew that if you just scatter the seeds, birds will come and eat them, so they discovered a way in which they can keep the birds and their crops safe.

The final product at the end of the day was that the farmer would put seeds in sockets, so that the seeds would basically be hidden.
