I would want to visit the Caribbean for the beaches, the underwater activities, and the scenery. I have always wanted to experience all of those things.
Human Geography
I would want to visit the Caribbean during the festivals they have. They reflect the rich cultural diversity and history of the region.
Isuue
A big issue in the Caribbean is unemployment due to globalization. I would want to visit and help the people there learn new skills.
Land Geography:
Some islands have flat terrains while others possess towering mountains. The Caribbean is surrounded by blue water. The Caribbean is over 1 million miles.
Facts:
- The Caribbean comprises more than 700 islands, islets, reefs and caves
- Dominant languages in the Caribbean are Spanish, English, Dutch, Haitian Creole and Papiamento
- Roughly 2 percent of the islands are inhabited, which means there is a lot of island land that is desolate except for wildlife.
- The Dominican Republic is the most visited Caribbean country
