Georgia also had a historical Jekyll Island, that was only for the wealthy back in the days. Only the wealthy people in society were to come to the island and the historical land mark had over 300 acres of land to hunt, fish, and live.
This historical area had Indians hunting and fishing there to make a living.
Georgia Continues It's Journey
In the May of 1886 the island had a tour, where you could visit landmarks and animals on the site. Also the island had plants and flowers that were new to many people. u
