Myth or Truth?

Microwave ovens leak a lot or radiation.

Myth- they are not allowed to leak enough to harm you

Microwaves can cause burns,cataracts,and sterility.

Truth- Microwaves can do these things but only when exposed to a high wave level,which is unlikely.

Microwaves kill the nutrients in your food.

Myth- Microwave ovens do no more harm to your food than any other method of cooking.
