To educate the members on the way we do things in AIESEC In a manner that will help them understand better the relevance and inner working of the organization and paint a holistic picture of the journey they have ahead

To integrate them into AIESEC through showcasing the diverse history of our organization, our relevance, our presence and our impact to fully understand what the organization stands for and how we do what we do

To focus on empowering newmembers to take ownership of their experiences by giving them the tools to envision their part in the organization and draw the line towards what they want to gain from AIESEC
