The two official holidays of Islam are Eid Al-Fitr and Eid Al-Adha. Eid Al-Fitr is known as the fast of breaking the fast. It marks the end of Ramadan, the Islamic holy month of fasting. The other holiday is Eid Al-Adha. It is called the feast of sacrifice. It honors Abraham for sacrificing his son Ishmael.
