-an empire that brought Rome to it's knees and the republic of Carthage lived up to it, and then some.

-single story: "oh, yeah, they exist?", as well as seeing them as part circus, mercenary armies led under a man with a desire to destroy Rome who fought for a civilization that sacrifices children

Why I chose this Culture
