Somebody who acts similar to John Proctor is the president in the t.v show called Scandal. He is the president and he has the characteristics of Proctor, he's not easily led, he's even tempered... But he also has a secret he is desperately trying to hid from society. He had an affair with a women during his marriage and only his wife knows. They are very similar!

Someone who acts similar to Abigail is a guy named Heisenberg from the t.v show called Breaking Bad. He has very similar traits to her, he would make the younger kid do all his dirty work. He was manipulative  and would act differently towards different people to get what he wanted.
