The title of this poem is Songs Of The Open Road." The title can mean a road trip, music, adventure, and no one else with you on the road trip.
In this poem there are 20 lines, there isn't a very strict rhyme scheme, there are some vocal that I didn't really get, but now I now what they mean.
The speaker in this poem "I" or the narrator talks about how he travels the open road and he sounds like he is alone in his car the whole poem.
For symbolism there is the open road, which can symbolize freedom, "brown path" (13), is imagery, "I whimper no more" (5), which can symbolize the narrator doesn't have to suffer from the back seat driver anymore.
The title could mean the narrator took a wrong turn, he didn't take the popular choice. Some of them might be able to be compared to some people's lives.
There are 20 lines, a very strict rhyme scheme, and there are 4 stanzas. There is also some words I didn't get, but now I know what they mean.
The speaker, once again, the speaker "I" or the narrator talks about how he found a new trail and tries it out and finds new awesome things on that trail.
For symbolism the narrator he sees yellow wood for sight, for figures of speech there is repetition, "Two roads diverged" (1, 18). The tone is happy. The theme is make your own choices.
