V. The Fifth Amendment

The fifth amendment has five rights listed under it. First is the right to a grand jury hearing. Second, is you are protected from double jeopardy. Next, it prohibits self- incrimination. Also, a person cannot be deprived. Finally, people cannot take your property unless there is a good reason.
