Apollo

Apollo was the son of Zeus and the Titan Leto. He was born on the the Greek island Delos and is the twin brother of the huntress goddess, Artemis. He is the God of poetry, music, plague, medicine, art, oracles, light, knowledge and the sun. He is one of the twelve Olympians also with his father Zues and sister Artemis. In Ancient Greek mythology, it is said that everyday he flys the sun across the sky in a giant chariot.
