Here, on this leaf, four things are visible. You can see multiple stomate, clearly marked by holes along the outer membrane, alongside the upper epidermis, shown as a thin wall along the outside of the leaf. Also, some chloroplasts can be seen inside of the leaf, marked by black dots scattered throughout. The circles outside of the leaf are simply water bubbles.
