Learn

Learn how to combine everyone's ideas and be okay with everyone working together as one. Learn others strengths and weaknesses. Learn to encourage others and have fun with everyone as one group.

Look at other successful teams. Compare there strengths to your strengths. Brain storm ways to make a team fun and successful all at once.

Listen

Lead

Don't forget about your other team members! Listen to their ideas and strategies to make the team stronger and reach future goals.

This does not mean take control of the team. It doesn't always mean be a team leader either. Have good goals and combine everyone's ideas you don't have to be. Titled as a team leader to make a team more successful and lead them in the right direction. Let everyone be involve and always be open to to others ideas.
