Welcome to WOW Chocolates!

The foundations of my company began many years ago when I had a sweet catering company on Margarita Island in Venezuela. While living on Margarita Island I studied chocolate making and developed techniques to make incredible works of delicious edible art. I am very fortunate to have grown up surrounded by the highest quality and most flavorful cocoa in the world.

WOW Chocolates was born when I moved from my home country of Venezuela to Washington in 2012. With my sister, Maire, we started producing an incredible collection of bonbons and other confections.

Our inspirations combine the finest cocoa with art and an eclectic mix of exotic tropical fruits, spices and fresh organic ingredients harvested seasonally from local markets.

Our creations are as pleasing to the palette as they are to the eye.
