Over years weathering and erosion broke them down into smaller pieces, but to them it had only been hours. Another burst of wind sent them flying into a unusually small lake nearby. In the lake they had compacted and cemented with the rest of their of their pieces and with a few seashells as well. The seashells now part of them. Eventually the water evaporated and there was no longer a lake but a deep curve. Pony, Unicorn, and Pegasus had become organic sedimentary rocks.
