Algae at 40x

This picture of algae you can see the pigment chlorophyll which is why it is green once again. The different between algae and the grass and broadleaf is that you can't see any visible vein cells.

In the broad leaf and grass they had a structure the algae looks limitless and has no guidelines to its form.
