The 1980's was a very productive time in the aspect of technology and inventions. In 1983 the first contact lens was created, and this put glasses out of style. (Later, the first disposable contact was created) in 1984, the first Apple Macintosh was created, and not even one full year later, windows was created to use on these computers. With the spread of fast, easy communication, the first digital portable phone was created in 1988. Entertainment was popular, and video games made in the 80's were the new source of recreation. Later in the 80's the first 3-D game was created along with the high-definition T.V.
