How does solar energy impact the environment?

The most important aspect of solar energy is the positive effect on the environment. There is no noise, very little pollution, and no greenhouse gases. There is no damage to our ecosystem as with drilling. The only pollution is from the manufacturing of the equipment and is minimal compared to current pollution output from fossil fuels.The sun is a renewable source of energy so there is no strain on the environment.
