In the Battle of Fort Ticonderoga, the Patriots attacked when then red coats were asleep. I would change and make traps twenty yards out from the fort in every direction. This would wake them up when the Patriots tried to attack. They could have the time to get all their weapons and be somewhat ready to fight back.
