Trade was the first European encounter, they wanted peaches and fish. As great as trading is, the indigenous people (aka dabbers) gave off diseases which killed many people from Dabton. There were some positive effects, such as them teaching us ways to hunt, fish, gather, and dab. The independence story of Dabton is nonviolent, Dabton was given thier independence peacefully, like Canada. Dabton is a growing economy, it never struggled, and shouldn't in the future.
