Position terms:

Flyer- person being lifted and tossed in the air

Base(s)- lifting the flyer, reason the stunt goes up

Backspot- holds the stunt together

Frontspot- usually catches feet & helps in all the other positions

Spotters- spots the stunt going up, usually needed when trying something new or risky
