Many colleges are concerned about a "Trump effect" on international students.

What are colleges doing about it?

University of Cincinnati: fielding calls from worried students, consulting with staff, and coordinating with departments across the university that work with international students

University of Georgia: emailed international students to reassure them that the executive order is not aimed at those already on American campuses and that they continue to have the right to study here.

Recognizes that the university cannot give them any certainty about American policy going forward, nor can it tell them what will happen after the 90-day "vetting" period.

University of Kentucky: emailed student body with statement, working to understand Order and communicating with those affected through the International center. Cautioned against traveling to affected countries, encouraging administration and faculty to reach out to those affected to ensure that they understand the Order and resources available to them. Stated that it would cooperate with Federal officials.
