Hades, was a Greek god that ruled the underworld. Gods had powers, and Hades powers were to control the dead and riches, and as such had some power over the Earth.

Hades had two brothers and three sisters. His brothers were Zeus and Poseidon. His sisters were Demeter, Hestia, and Hera.

Hades was depicted as a bearded older man, with a staff.
