What is pH?

pH is the measure of acidity or alkalinity of a solution.

pH can be measured by a color scale. Each color represents a different acidity or alkalinity. It is also paired with a number scale from 1-14. 1-6 is acidic 7 is neutral and 8-14 is basic.
