Teacher wise they all are at about the same education, but the students are if lesser education.

She does enjoy her job because each year she gets new students who want to learn. And she loves seeing the light bulb go off in their heads.

When asked if she could go back and change anything she said she would have gotten her teaching degree earlier.

She thinks that the future of teaching will be all held in homes. Everyone will be taught and teach from their houses.

Her advice to me was to choose a grade level that you liked, but to also be flexible.
