Common ingredients in Italy

Italy is knowing for their amazing foods. Some common ingredients they use in their kitchen are garlic, tomatoes, eggplants, mushrooms, ect. They also are very known for their variation of cheeses. Parmesan, mozzarella, gorgonzola, and ricotta, are the most common cheeses in Italy. Grapes, berries, lemons, oranges, are Italians favorite and most common fruit. We can't forget about their oils.
