ALS - We all deserve a lifetime to achieve our hopes and dreams. For our friends with ALS, a lifetime is often shortened to three to five years after diagnosis. ALS (also known as amyotrophic lateral sclerosis or Lou Gehrig’s disease) steals the ability to walk, stand, hug, move, talk and even breathe.

Tendonitis– Repeated strain on a tendon, attachment of a muscle to bone, can inflame the tendon resulting in pain and difficulty with movement involving the muscle. Tendons have a poor blood supply.
