How will you ensure that you represent your entire grade level?

No one has enough time to ask each and every person so I think we could survey each class but it shouldn't take away our class time. During lunch while maybe 2-3 groups of kids who go outside first can stay in and survey the classes that are having their lunch. Then maybe 2-3 groups of kids who are supposed to go outside can stay in and survey the kids who are staying in and survey the kids who are eating their lunch. This process doesn't need to happen every month but maybe once or twice every month.
