Should opiates be legal?

We believe that they should not legalize. Yes there have been proof of opiates helping people with terminal illnesses and other medical conditions but may I say that there have been cases of people over dosing on opiates that are illegal and legal that we have today. There for we believe that that should be a pretty good reason to keep opiates illegal and keep it that way.
