Bubbles is in the process called Precipitation. Precipitation is when water     falls from the atmosphere. He is rain but could be snow, sleet, or hail.

After he is over with Precipitation he goes threw the process called Transpiration. It's when the water from the plants evaporates.He's a raindrop on the plant right know.
