Our homes have deep roots. Our oldest homes on Clipper Rd date to the 1840’s and were the first homes in all of Hampden-Woodberry. There are mill homes on Brick Hill, Rockrose Ave, Druid Park Drive, and Hooper Ave. Woodberry is home

to Clipper Mill, Meadow Mill, Woodberry, Park and Hooperwood Mill, as well as TV Hill. We also have homes ranging from traditional brick rowhomes, small post-war houses, as well as new condos, townhouse, and modern glass duplexes.
