- Recruit 7-9 potential coaches before January 1st

- Begin coaches gatherings (3x each semester)

- Set expectations and assign groups by January 15th

- Write & communicate expectations & commitments

- Require monthly communication with coach

- Quarterly reporting & group assessment

- Celebrate 1-2 stories at each hub gathering

- Quarterly reporting & group assessment

- Complete rough draft of 1st 6 months by Jan 31st

- Pilot Year One with new groups launched in spring

- Second 6 months completed by March 30th
