At the beginning, they aren't really working as a team and get easily defeated. However, when they eventually band together with the help of new allies, they are an unstoppable force because they have chemistry and care about each other.

They Put Others Before Themselves

At the end of the movie, Hawkeye is trying to save a child when Ultron starts to shoot at him with a plane. Quicksilver runs in front of and takes the bullets himself, sacrificing his own life for Hawkeye's whom of which he hasn't known very long and fights with often.
