Team Implementation
- Teams must meet as a group every Monday at 10am
- Action items must be recorded at every meeting
- Mel is appointed to the role of Team Coordinator
Mel will capture action items for each team and record it into our new SmartSheets project management tool.
SmartSheets will be available online for anyone to track/follow what every other team is doing.
- No meetings, appointments, conference calls, doctors appointments, migraine headaches, wars, riots or public insurrection shall interfere with the Monday morning team meetings; they are to be given priority over everything else and attendance is mandatory
