Summary for Stone Fox

Stone Fox is the story of one boy's brave adventure to save his farm. Little Willy is a

ten year old boy who lives on a farm with his sick grandfather in Wyoming.Little Willy's grandfather has lost the will to live, and no longer gets out of bed. Willy learns that his grandfather owes $500.00 in back taxes on the farm. With grandfather being sick Willy has too take care of the farm. They have no horse to plow the field, so Willy must rely on his dog Searchlight for help. Then, Little Willy saw a sign for him to join a dog sled race. The winning prize is $500.00! However, the famous musher, Stone Fox, is also in the race. Who will win?
